Staff was super friendly, very accommodating with all our requests. Ample parking around the hotel, plus small more secure parking area underneath for a fee; Breakfast was exceptional, one of the best spreads we've seen. Hotel is in the heart of Valpolicella wine country and easy access to Lake Garda; we didn't have our dog this tripo, but pet friendly!

Simple and convenient!
There was no Coffee machine or Heating Jug for making coffee/tea in the room. Also no heating Iron for pressing clothes.
