Good location on sea front, local shops etc, staff very friendly 👍

Hotel looks good from outside, but bedrooms are very run down need attention as not worth the money you pay for the room. Definitely wouldn't class as a 4 star hotel. Also Windows need black out curtains to be added as really bright early morning.

Definitely not worth it - would expect more from a 4 star and for a 120 euro per night!

Nice location next to the a port. good views if you get a room facing the sea. Breakfast was good

No parking spots, only public parking. got a room with no views at all that I could not change, the windows were high up with close to no natural light. felt like I was in a prison cell. very small tv set - definitely less than 20 inches - could not watch the world cup opening games. For 120 euros would expect much better. Rated 4 star but felt like I was in a 1 star hotel. Checked out after 1 night for a 4 night booking!

That it was very Close to the beach and city squares.

In cooler weather this would be a good place to stay

The hotel has friendly staff who were welcoming. The check in went smoothly and access to the room was by elevator. The room had a small balcony to enjoy the view of the marina. Breakfast was well presented and satisfying.

We had to change rooms because the room we were assigned had a broken toilet seat and no telephone connection. The room was changed quickly and without fuss. Only issue was that the air conditioning was governed by the front desk. When we told them it was too warm at 25 degrees Celsius, they agreed to turn it down two degrees. It was humid and too warm to sleep well.

Good location for beach holiday

Very good location just across the marina and 5min to the sandy beach. Old town 5-7min and train station 5min. Train from Rome 1h11min, one way ticket 3,60eur/person. Breakfast was good with scrambeled eggs, bacon, cheese, ham, salami, croissants, breads, fruits, joghurt, different cakes, cereals, juices, good coffee. You have to order coffee and cold milk for cereals from the nice breakfast lady. Our room (for 3 persons) was very spacious with 2 bedrooms and bathroom. Comfy beds and good pillows. Good blinding curtains.

One air conditioner was making strange noise sometimes, so we had to turn it lower/off for a while.

Good view of the beach

What I like the most is the location. Very near the train station and the beach. there are also several restaurants nearby. Our room has a balcony facing the dock/ sea and waking up with this view is a good thing to start your day. The mini bar inside the room was stocked too. I also like this certain staff, the breakfast lady who always greets you with cheerfulness to start your morning.

What I don’t like is the hard bed and the noisy aircon.

Town lovely. Hotel location great.Enjoyable stay despite hotel

Inadequate number of staff. Rooftop terrace>Closed. Rooftop restaurant advertised outside hotel. Closed .Maybe open in September..Hot food runs out before 8.30 am each morning. Could we get a refill of the scrambled egg? No Its all done! Are there more croissants? No all done! Every morning No lesson learned . On arrival around 3.00pm "Can we have a drink at the bar?" Bar closed as there is no barman. Had booked a room with a balcony . It had no furniture Asked for a table and 2 chairs Will get it done tomorrow (which they did) double room had only one set of towels and toiletries.Are the shops in town open on Sunday ?"Don't know!!"No proper map of the town.No advice for tourists. you couldn't make it up

This hotel is a gem in a great location

location is great and staff is the best! they will go above and beyond to make your stay an wonderful experience. everyone is super nice and can’t fault anything from reception to kitchen. great breakfastand tasty!

our stay was “saved” by the kindness and professionalism of all the staff

the staff was exceptionally kind and professional. either at the restaurant and at the reception, everyone was always welcoming and accommodating. the room was clean.

the room didn’t actually feel like a deluxe double, it was small and poorly furnished. very little was provided as toiletries, the bathroom was small, no window and the fan was not working. not even a pen was available in the room and the ventilation was operating continuously with no way to put it quiet. but above all the property didn’t care to advertise the main renovation works on the facade so our sea view was actually on the scaffoldings. the balcony was dirty with dust and debris from the works in progress.

Nice rooms, expensive restaurant

We were on the 4th floor and could always hear late at night and in the morning the restaurant which was on the 5th floor. The restaurant scammed us, ridiculous prices, for the quantity of food served. 32 euros for a soup and a spoonful for an 18 euro spaghetti dish. The waiter was non stop talking and trying to get us to pay for the most expensive dishes.

Met all needs and friendly staff!

Staff were helpful and very friendly and communicated very well in English. Rooms were clean and breakfast was good.

Parking instructions/information on site and response to booking.com prior to check in message was absent.

The location was great. The view from the balcony was awesome seeing sunrise and sunset over the Tyrrhenian Sea. The staff were excellent so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much to ask. Booking restaurants for 20 people. Printing documents.

The breakfast was ok. Could have been more varied. Some noise at night from the bars opposite and cars going by but this soon eases. The smell from the bathroom drains was constant but not overpowering. There was not much you can do except close the loo seat and put the plugs in the sink. The bar is very minimally stocked so don’t expect cocktails.
