1. The service attitude. Everyone was eager to serve, help with every need, always in a good mood.
2. Turi Siligato, the F&B chef. He truly creates a special, very personal atmosphere for every guest. Beyond, he is a great entertainer and piano player.
3. The restaurant. Clearly the best dinner we had during our stay compared to six other restaurants all slightly below the one-star league.
Only one small thing: Noise from moving the chairs in the restaurant early in the morning.

The services done by the hotel including renting the electric fiats, bringing the bikes for the kids as we had to rent them from an outside store all was done professionally by the hotel staff before we even arrived, the steamer in the rooms as we usually face an issue with iron in hotels around Italy.
The outdoor seating area is very nice, neat, and comfortable. I’m sad I couldn’t sit there more, the outdoor gym was perfectly set.
The staff were accommodating and friendly specially Roberto, the details in the hotel are very well studied. We had everything pre booked by the hotel to make our stay go smoothly. The most comfortable stay for us as a family the suite that fits 3 people had two bathrooms which made it very convenient for us as a family.

Wonderful uplifting decor, amazing art all around the hotel, personalized wellness offerings, feels like you’re home, attention to details/ offerings in the room and around the hotel far exceed what we’ve experienced during our extensive travels.
