Struttura moderna, elegante e fronte mare

La situation très centrée au milieu de la station avec plein d'animation autour.
La qualité de l'accueil et du personnel en général très agréable.
Le parking très pratique presque sous l'hôtel.
Un bon restaurant et un super buffet de petit-déjeuner.
La jolie vue sur le canal et la mer.
Une insonorisation pas au top entre les chambres.
Les matelas très durs.
Dommage que les balcons ne soient pas vitrés. donc aucune vue si assis ou couché.
La piscine sur le toit, même si elle a le mérite d'exister, est très petite et idem pas de vue sauf debout.
Manque une poubelle dans la chambre.

The location was very convenient, the pool was nice to have
The bedroom had a leak behind the bathroom door which had already rotten its wooden part.
The breakfast staff was borderline rude and inattentive to us.
We politely asked for a vegan option, as we communicated to the facility way before arriving, and there was no label on any of the products, no plant based option available to drink coffee with, barely 2 things and a sad and packaged option they only brought to us the second day.
On our first breakfast, a waiter claimed we “stole” someone else’s table when it was actually quite the opposite and didn’t even give a chance to answer such accusation, he literally ran away immediately.
The treatment was completely different from the one that other guests received despite us not doing or saying anything remotely different.
The poolside on the rooftop had no shade.
