Excellent location right on the seafront, and a very comfortable, well-maintained and functional hotel. Our room had plenty of storage space.
The quality and variety of the food were impressive, with a particularly good choice for vegans.
What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone, from receptionists to bartenders and housekeeping, was extremely helpful, professional, attentive and welcoming. They were particularly sweet, patient and caring with my elderly parents, especially my dad.
They often seemed to anticipate our needs without us having to ask. For example, our cleaner noticed that some of my pillows had ended up on my parents’ bed and offered us extra pillows before we even asked. At mealtimes, the staff discreetly kept an eye on us and came to serve between courses only when we had finished eating, so we never felt rushed.
We also loved the airy lobby and lovely garden with plenty of tables and comfortable lounge seating. Bikes are available to rent, which is a nice extra.
There is very little to criticise, as overall everything was excellent. The only minor issue was the see-through panel at the top of the wall between the bathroom and the sleeping area in our triple room. At night, when the bathroom light was switched on, the light illuminated the sleeping area through the panel, which could disturb anyone sleeping.

La posizione non è male in quanto è di fornte al mare.
L’albergo, per essere un 3*S, lascia un po’ a desiderare. Diciamo che nel complesso l’ho trovato piuttosto vetusto: sia le camere che gli ambienti comuni avrebbero bisogno di essere rinnovati e maggiormente curati. Anche il livello generale dei servizi non mi è sembrato all’altezza della categoria dichiarata.
Nel complesso non sono rimasto particolarmente soddisfatto del soggiorno e mi aspettavo qualcosa di più da una struttura classificata 3*S.
