Good enough for your travels

It was a very delicious and rich breakfast, It had all kinds of hot and cold beverages, cold cuts, other breakfast items such as cheese etc. and also a hot service in which they cook whatever you want. I definitely recommend including it in your package

It wasn't the closest place to the city, but if you have a car it is not a big issue.

Great hospitality, food and location!

The hotel is located between the airport and Krakow. Room was clean and comfortable. The food at the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. The meat dish for two persons is highly recommended. Staff spoke minimal English but was friendly.

No room service. Trash can was full by the end of our stay.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The bus stop was only 3 minutes away. A lovely and quiet location.

A lovely hotel with superb staff, surroundings and a great kitchen. Food was outstanding.

There were so many choices for breakfast. Rolls were fresh, meats and cheeses, salads, croissants, etc. Everything was freshly made and delicious. The staff were very welcoming, helpful and pleasant.

The insulation was somewhat poor and one can hear people in the hallway and between rooms. A safety issue is the doors must be locked inside as they do not have card keys.

Good breakfast, good staff.

They accepted our 8 person reservation, but when we arrived, it was canceled by mistake. 40 min staff panic and one family stayed in hotel, but in seperate rooms, but for other family they booked nearest hotel. Finaly all was ok, good staff work. :)

Amazing staff, accomodated each request we had, and even prepared us a takeaway breakfast as we had to check out at 4am. Will stay in this place each time I am in Krakow. A 5 star hotel is nothing compared to this place A big thank you. What an amazing place with extraordinary staff!!!

Even better than expected

Good location to stay in Krakow. Not the city center, but still easy to get to, especially if you travel by car. Room was clean and cozy. Breakfast is good as well, scrambled egg with bacon is just delicious. Staff is friendly and helpful. Parking in front of the hotel.

Noisy location but good restaurant

Lovely breakfast experience. Also the dinner was very tasty and definitely not expensive.

Location next to a busy road - with our window facing the road, it was quite loud with cars passing. Also in our room the wifi did not work.
