It was so pleasant, charming and interesting place to be… I loved it!

I cannot say that it is something that I didn’t like. They were some small things that were not in very good shape but nothing that bothered us…

Very different

I booked it for the pool and when we arrived it was out of order.

Good restaurant on site. Pleasant, but poorly maintained pool. Staying in a cave house is a great experience

On arrival, the staff member would not speak to me (despite my speaking passable Spanish), just eventually gave me a key, no smile, no directions (this is a large complex with a complicated layout). Grudgingly found a map when asked. Bathroom was not maintained. It was impossible to open the window, because the window latch was in a pile of dust on the bathroom floor behind the door! Tiles were falling off the walls. I felt less clean after a shower than before!
