Good location. Free outside parking but not a lot. Nice clean airy room. Really good breakfast, with very helpful staff.
Two disappointments. We had booked here as it said it had a restaurant, so we didn't need to go out for an evening meal. It was closed.
We thought there was a fridge in the room, which we need for mediation. There wasn't. Reception did offer to put in fridge in kitchen, but we couldn't come down and fetch every time they were needed.
Needs a second bin in the bedroom.

Comfortable beds. Clean rooms. Handy to shopping centre which has a nice Italian restaurant.
Young breakfast waiter somewhat 'abrupt'. He could do with a bit of training in customer service

Location of hotel is good, just off the motorway, staff were pleasant
Lack of wifi connection, reception staff just said it was the router, sorry nothing they could do. Also heating didn't work properly either.
