Excellent location. Staff very friendly and approachable. Very clean, towels changed every day beds made up daily. Reception staff very efficient service with a smile.

Our family room was very lacking in facilities e.g. kitchen area had shelves which contained 4 cups, 4 glasses and some teaspoons...nothing else. No kettle, no saucepans, no plates, no cutlery, no teatowels. Not sure what the purpose of this area was. The foyer and bar badly need updating. I have been holidaying in this area for years and nothing has changed downstairs in this hotel in 20yrs.

The hotel was spotless and the staff very helpful

I had to pay extra for a walk in shower that i needed because my husband has poor mobility. Although they did inform me of this at time of booking.
