The entrance, reception, bar-dining area were stunning and as opulent as shown in the photos. The breakfast was excellent and all the staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and helpful. It was great to have such a large room, but sadly there is a great need for refurbishment in the bedroom, lifts, and corridors.
There was a good shopping centre opposite the hotel but unfortunately the streets were abandoned and it felt uncomfortable walking them.

spacious room
Lazy staff, cleanliness leaves much to be desired, very poorly maintained hotel.
Lamps without outlets to plug them in.
Wires spliced with adhesive tape.
The electrical panel is a mess. Several outlets on one adapter.
The carpet isn't vacuumed, lots of dust.
You ask for an extension of your stay, the employee informs you that the hotel has no availability, you go to Booking.com and get the extension for a cheaper price.
