The staff were very polite, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. We traveled with two babies under one year old, and they surprised our little ones with thoughtful gifts upon arrival, which was such a lovely gesture. They also gave us small gifts at check-out, which was another kind and appreciated touch.
Our room was decent overall, although the bathroom could definitely use some improvement.
The only disappointing experience was at breakfast, where one staff member gave us a judgmental look because one of our babies was crying. They are babies, after all, and moments like that are simply unavoidable.
There were also quite a lot of bugs around the hotel. We understand that this is likely due to the hotel’s location and the climate, but installing mosquito screens on the room windows would make a big difference. We couldn’t open the windows because we didn’t want insects getting into the room, especially with the babies.
