The reception staff was very friendly and eager to help. The breakfast is quite good and you have many options, even for fussy children. There's a beach near the hotel but it's not equipped with sunbeds, however, the city beaches are very close (5 minutes away by car). The city center is also very close (10 minutes away by car). There's a Lidl near the hotel, in case you need to buy water or anything else. Our room was pretty small, but it had everything we needed (a kettle mug, tea, instant coffee, iron, very good cosmetic products, etc). The wifi was decent, we've had some connectivity problems, but, all in all, it was ok. The pools are medium-sized and one of them is very well placed, between olive trees. If you have a sea view room, the view is amazing, especially at sunset. The hotel smells divine and so do the rooms after the cleaning.

I would recommend the cleaning staff to clean under the beds as well. I lost a sock under one of the beds at some point and, when I found it, it was full of dust. The furniture in our room was a bit outdated. Also, the pool area and the sunbeds are not always very clean.

Buffet breakfast with a lot of options to choose from. Big rooms with comfy beds. Clean pools and restaurants.

There was nothing not to like.

The hotel was very nice! The room was clean, we had a welcome package with fruits and a bottle of wine, small bottles with water in the fridge too. Very nice terrace with a short way to one of the pools and a beautiful garden with olive trees. Delicious food for breakfast and dinner, perfect service! Recommend it! :) We'll visit it again!

The bathroom was a little staled but full equipped.

I loved Turkish breakfast tea. Izabella at reception was helpful and kind. Especially I would like to thank her.

Good location and facilities. The soft play centre kept the three kids of our group happy and occupied! Great breakfast and communal areas. Clean and modern feel.

It’s not a really a beach hotel, but rather a very decent city hotel at a comfortable distance from Alexandroupolis centre, i.e. I wouldn’t book our beach family holiday there, but it’s perfectly OK for business, sightseeing etc. Our room didn’t feel like a 5*, as the communal areas do. I think that at least some of the rooms need upgrading.
