Great location, just a short walk to the centre of town but still quiet enough to be comfortable. The check in process was easy, with on-site support most of the time. Options for parking. Lovely little balcony in the room.

The bed base and floors were dirty. It probably could do with a deep clean. The shower was also quite difficult to use. Every shower resulted in a soaked bathroom floor.

Location is excellent.

Some maintenance issues in our room. I did flag these, alongside a comment re the noise levels from other guests, but did not receive a reply.
