The bar area, room was nice and clean

I paid for breakfast when I woke i wanted a coffee while waiting for my roommate to wake up. I was denied a cup of coffee unless I sat for breakfast. I requested to purchase a coffee and was told to walk to the coffee shop and could not purpose from the hotel. I also ordered a expreso Martini at the bar had to wait 30 minutes for a member of staff who knew how to make one. Which wasn't very good martini

The room, the setting, the staff were all friendly and helpful. Very comfortable

The fridge was very noisy so couldn't sleep, also needed blackout blinds, so next time I will take an eyemask

The evening meal was a bit expensive for what you received. The bathroom was tired, the shower and tap to the bath wouldn't work properly, the extractor fan didn't work. The fridge was very noisy while trying yo sleep

Nice location near the seaside and big room

The room were too hot (January)and it seemed impossible to switch off the heating. We had a pet and we were very annoyed when we discovered that we could not have dinner in the indoor bar area (not the restaurant) due to their no-pet policy. If they are a pet friendly hotel they should have least allow an area for owners to have refreshments with their pet without having to put them back in the room. Similarly, we were denied breakfast because we could not bring the dog inside (ok, fair as it is a buffet breakfast) but equally we could not bring the breakfast we had paid when booking the room outdoors. We had to pay separately at the bar to take our breakfast outside. They need to review their policy…. It’s 2026, people travel with pets…
