Great location backing onto the old town with lovely buildings, bars and restaurants. Good friendly staff, lovely interior rooms and outside space. on site secure parking

It is a classy and quiet hotel, located at the main street of the town. Staff was helpful and kind and the room is the value you pay for.
We've been there twice and both times the restaurant was closed; the bar/cafeteria next to the hotel is average for a meal and the kitchen opens at 9pm for dinner.

Friendly helpful staff. Clean and comfortable room. Secure parking for the motorcycles. A nice bar and outside area. Very close to the old town centre.
The restaurant was closed in the evening, but we were advised of other options.

Love El Burgo as a city/town have visited many times
Normal parking at hotel unavailable as was some of street parking...wish we had been informed.Had difficulty with the shower taps(room 202) maybe need de-calking or other attention.
