The staff were great helpful always ready with a smile
Pools were brilliant. Staff really make up for the hotel .
It’s in middle of nowhere no shops around to get snacks cigarettes just normal grocery . Not everything was all inclusive.

Very nice hotel, yahya the manager is very nice always helped us out when needed. All staff are very friendly and hotel is very clean. Gym and spa facilities are very good also. Hotel provides transport to the markets which was handy.

Food was great with lots of varieties to offer. Aqua Park was fun with lots of slides and activities. Customer service staff, especially Umaiymah was very friendly and attentive, and did all she could to make our stay pleasant
The air conditioning in our hotel room was very bad. Very poor air circulation, causing issues for my kids whose beds were further away from the AC. All in all the entire resort lacked proper cool air circulation. Our room was very outdated and was not worthy of a 5* resort.
In my opinion, the resort does not meet 5* standards at all, its more of a 3*
$$$$
