Lovely and clean, plenty of choice of food in buffet and good quality
Cocktail drinks not great and very hard to get a booking in à la carte restaurants, managed to get the Asian booked but very little choice on menu that sorry we went, buffet was better. Water park slides dangerous, husband got awful burn on shoulder and daughter banged head

Food was great with lots of varieties to offer. Aqua Park was fun with lots of slides and activities. Customer service staff, especially Umaiymah was very friendly and attentive, and did all she could to make our stay pleasant
The air conditioning in our hotel room was very bad. Very poor air circulation, causing issues for my kids whose beds were further away from the AC. All in all the entire resort lacked proper cool air circulation. Our room was very outdated and was not worthy of a 5* resort.
In my opinion, the resort does not meet 5* standards at all, its more of a 3*
