As you step into the living room not only will you be greeted by the view but if you will rather stay indoors and enjoy a show the living area features a 49" UHD 4K Smart TV; the sofa turns into a queen size sleeper.. feel free to take a quick nap here you wont regret it! You can also enjoy the evening sunsets as you lounge on the balcony. Found bugs in drawer and under fridge. Roach on the wall. Roach spray under stove and garbage can. Off season but pool was freezing cold and not heated. Every single picture on wall was crooked for some reason. Some trash stuck to carpet. Beautiful view from balcony. We liked the no contact entry, you are able to just go to your door and enter code. Super easy to check in and out. Neighbors were quiet. Beach was clean and walking distance from parking lot. The place was a little outdated but nice for the price right on the Gulf. Would come back if these things are taken care of.

Our unit was a perfect fit for our trip. Loved the view and all that was in the unit. We have been in units that didn’t have a complete kitchen and this one does. It also felt cared for and not just a rental.

The property was clean and comfortable. It was wonderful that the property was beachfront and had chairs and an umbrella included. We did not like that upon arrival we did not have access to change the thermostat and it was hot inside the condo. We called property management the next day (because we arrived at 6pm- "after hours") and they sent someone out who established that the unit was set to heat. The thermostat was replaced and switched to air conditioning. The remainder of our stay was comfortable

This was a very nice rental. It was clean and well maintained. Nothing was broken or needed repaired. Everything worked as expected. Appreciated the TV instructions for both rooms. The view from the balcony was spectacular. We spent a lot of time on the balcony watching the dolphins swimming by. The only change I would make is to have the raised seating on the balcony, so the rail doesn't obstruct the view. The lounger was great for a little afternoon nap in the ocean breeze.

The operation and maintenance of these utilities is out of the control of Brooks and Shorey Resorts, Inc", during my stay. However, when they are fully aware of the elevator being out of use for a period of six weeks, prior to, and including the time of my booking and duration of my stay, I certainly hold them responsible for not informing me, and other potential customers, of this inconvenience until after I confirmed my booking. While climbing four flights of stairs each day was not an issue for me personally, and did not spoil my stay, it certainly brought into question the integrity of the company I was dealing with!

The condo was beautiful and in the perfect location. The view can’t be beat, and I loved the recliner facing the patio, so my view was never disrupted inside or on the patio. It was very clean and every inch of space well uses. It felt very spacious.
