The location was very nice. It was very close to all locations that I needed to visit. The staff was very nice and they also approved my request for a room change. The rooms themselves were cleaned regularly and fresh amenities were provided when we asked. Very nice stay for the price we paid. The coffee machine was a convenient thing to have on premises.
Since the buildings are older, in the second room we stayed we could hear the aggressive footsteps of the other guests above us. That didn't change how we slept but your experience may vary.

Very central and convenient location. Easy walk to Eindhoven Central Station. Friendly and helpful staff 🙂

Location and size of the room.
The room turned into a sauna. It was so warm I couldn't sleep. Also the room didn't feel safe. I could hear whenever someone was passing by, the lock was very flimsy. I didn't like that the staff was available for only a limited time.
