We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The facility is very elegant, and you can feel the quality and attention to detail from the moment you enter the reception. Nancy from the reception was incredibly nice and kind. The buggy service to our room, especially with our luggage in the heat, was also extremely helpful and much appreciated. We had a couple of concerns at the beginning of our stay, but Rafaelo from Guest Relations solved them immediately. This was very important to us and made a big difference to our overall experience. I would also like to give a special thank you to Londa from the Big Blue Bar. She is such a warm and lovely person who genuinely makes everyone around her happy. She really made our stay even more enjoyable! Regarding the food, the Asian Fusion à la carte restaurant was delicious, and we really enjoyed the Greek lunch as well. Unfortunately, the Italian restaurant was not quite up to our standards, but overall, we were happy with the dining options. Our room was spacious, with high ceilings, and it was cleaned every day. The staff throughout the hotel were very friendly and worked incredibly hard to keep everything nice, neat, and clean. Overall, we had a very pleasant and memorable stay. A special thank you to all the staff who made us feel welcome and looked after us so well.

If you are travelling without children, I would definitely keep this in mind when choosing the hotel. It is very family-oriented and can get quite crowded with children, so it may not be the best choice if you are looking for a quieter or more relaxing atmosphere.

The staff was absolutely fantastic - everyone was always smiling, kind, eager to help, and incredibly supportive throughout our stay. We were given a late checkout, they handled our luggage effortlessly, arranged our transfers, and immediately took care of any request we had at any given moment. setup was immaculate: the pools are extraordinarily clean and use mostly natural disinfection rather than heavy chlorine. The beach is very close, stunning, and kept spotless - it feels like every single minute someone is ensuring your surroundings are perfectly clean. The food was beautifully presented, diverse, and constantly changing; even after a full week, it never got boring. Beyond the main meals, snack points near the pools offered continuous access to snacks, drinks, coffee, and substantial bites. Honestly, the biggest challenge was resisting the endless array of sweets and snacks available unlimited at all times! Considering the high quality of the food, the all-inclusive package offers outstanding value for money - you actually come out ahead compared to dining out at restaurants for equivalent quality meals. There are countless well-organized programs for children and families. The water park is incredible and just as much fun for adults as it is for kids. Our 5-year-old had an amazing time on all the children's slides. The larger slides require a height of 120 cm, so our child couldn't use those yet, but it didn't bother us at all. To top it all off, we received a room upgrade to a sea view upon arrival, putting us in the best possible location. Greek hospitality everywhere we went was simply wonderful and outstanding. I honestly cannot say a single bad word; everything was absolute perfection. It was a breathtaking experience, and I recommend it with all my heart.

The staff at the resort are all amazing and is the hotels best asset. Everyone was very friendly and working tirelessly to keep things tidy.

The information about the resort is all a bit of a stretch of the truth. There are six pools but only because three of them are connected in the same area. There are several restaurants but you can only use them if you book a certain number of nights. We paid extra for a room with a sea view, but what is was was a room looking out on one of the pools with the sea behind it. If the photos were accurate I would not have paid extra to have that room! The aqua park is small, my children did love it, but after three days they were bored. The beach access area for the hotel is tiny and there aren’t enough seats for guests to use. The beach itself was not great and not what I would have expected for Crete. We found much better beaches in Athens. Overall the children loved it, but I think in hindsight it was extremely expensive for what it is.
