I like the location, the accessibility and the staff are so friendly. Its a lovely place to be. Not high rice building, you feel like you are with the nature.
I didnt like how cold the jacuzzi is and pool is so deep for someone who doesnt know how to swim.

Location, on the waterfront, near the airport.
This was my second stay at this hotel and it will w my last. Although clearly still liked by the Philippino crowd, the hotel is becoming a relic and clearly the management hasn't really understood the necessity of renovating the rooms to a much better level. In our room the effort was done to install new shower heads with the direct result that I needed to bow for each shower so I could get wet.
We could clearly hear each conversation of our neighbours in our room, the lighting of the rooms is back from the seventies, a few plugs, snotty staff etc.
Previously, the breakfast was impressive but it is clear now that the staff is working very hard to get the basics right as the number of staff is too few and issues like making sure all bread, juice, food are present and refilled are not done in time.
