Great value for money, centrally placed, but quiet

Excellent location, that's worth the price for the stay. Room was comfortable.
Cleanliness of the room could be better, there was sticky spots from drinks on the table and dust on some places that looked like there is for centuries. WiFi also was not working. Breakfast was OK, not the best food selection, but enough to fill the belly.

Location close to the beach. Adequate amount of parking. The rooms were a bit tight, but was fine. The beds were amazing and very comfortable.
Food choices for breakfast were poor. The breakfast room was overcrowded and not enough places for all the guests.

Location is very good. Breakfast was all right and restaurant staff was very nice.
1) To start from - in the booking.com this hotel was filtered as one providing parking for the price indicated in the proposal. Only after booking the room and making the payment notion appeared to additional payment for parking (20 euros per night). 2) There is a huge difference from what hotel advertises in the website from what it is in reality. It was a huge disappointment which makes you want to leave the place after you saw it. Furniture is uncomfortable, several decades old, home appliances are poor, no wet clothing drying unit, no mirror (except small one in the bathroom). Having said that, it is obvious that it is old soviet style hotel, which is all right. However, the hotel is runed down and unattended. The hotel signboard still bears old name "Tulpė" (presumably left from soviet times).
