I think the staff was amazing, friendly, helpful and always happy. The themed areas of the park was so lovely and the access to view the animals was mind blowing. I could not fault the upkeep of the grounds around the park and I love how the people that were staying in the hotel were allowed to enter the park first and see the animals without the crowds. You Halloween themed food at the buffet was incredible- so creative! Also having different animals around the lobby and food area so the kids could pet and learn about them was a great experience.
The four poster beds were very uncomfortable, very hard. The top of the mosquito nets and the horn light had dead animals in and on them which had not been removed. The window sills needed a clean, I found a dead gecko in one of the window sills. Our air-conditioner didn't work very well in the main room and the living area making it uncomfortable to stay in the living room.

The hotel is done so well. You feel like you’re in Africa on a safari park. The restaurant with a view of the lions was amazing!
The food could be improved.

Free carrots 🥕 to feed the animals near our pool
The Free buggy rides to your room and restaurant and they even took us to the front security area do we could go to the indo-mart
Free soft drinks, fruit, water.
-The shower in main adult bedroom cold
-The shower was moldy
-Some staff no English at all
-Some staff couldn't answer you or just didn't want to.
-Way to expensive
You pay to get in then have to pay for other things inside like rides all individually.
Over priced zoo entry and marine park
Not even that many animals
-will not becoming back.
Bali zoo much better
