It was impeccably clean, kitchen was very well equipped, excellent space and very good location, near the beach and at a short distance, by car, to Lagos city Center. The staff was helpful in every way.
There was a main problem: the smell that came out of the pipes, in the WC and in the kitchen, along the 9 days.

The apartment is located just outside the main area of Lagos on the other side of the river which makes it easy to drive to Lagos city center by parking in the many lots available and walking over the foot bridge. The apartment was spacious, quiet and it had a nice cross breeze which made not having an ac not a problem during our June stay. The main beach is nearby which is a bonus. Our son is a surfer, and he liked that some of the popular surfing beaches are all only about 30min. away by car. The host was very friendly, nice and responsive. For example, we asked for additional towels, and they were delivered to us within minutes. Parking was free and always available during our stay in June.
Some of the interior could use a little updating. May we also suggest a "welcome" basket or something similar that would be appreciated.

Really good location. Clean and comfortable.
It didn’t have AC and it was really hot. Only one of the two fans provided worked well.
