The location was first rate so close to the centre of town with easy access to restaurants and markets. The staff were very helpful in locating parking and managing our arrival. The room was excellent and the shower the best we have had in France. We were on level one by the pool and enjoyed direct access to sit out side in the evening with a glass of wine. Recommend location to anyone travelling to the region.
The aircon needs improvement the fan at high was very loud and too hot in the room when at a lower level.

Fantastic location right in the heart of Sarlat village. Easy, flat walkable. Rooms are excellent, beds very comfortable and no noise! All the staff were so friendly and helpful they and even organised some tours for us. A special thanks to the bar manager and Salom on front desk Thank you

Location excellent.
Nice swimming pool although no current machine as advertised. Waterfall feature a bit tatty.
Cleanliness not great, all the lights in room very dusty and behind the sink was disgusting. Wallpaper marked and torn in places and console table in a poor state. Shelving and plenty of hanging space but no drawers for underwear or small items.. had to use suitcase. Basic tv , no smart tv and need even the french canal +
Massage room very basic , no dim lights and not much of a relaxing ambience, there was a choice of 4 different massages but the masseuse did not even ask which one was chosen . Not much discretion so if prudish don't go.. 105€, definitely not value for money.
Went to spa area for hammam only to find the door closed and would have to go to the reception to ask for the door to open...staff could have explained this before hand.
There is a cocktail bar although depending on the barman , will depend if you get good service or not . One barman had no idea of customer service and no idea how to serve a cocktail. Toilet in the bar area was disgusting ( although when different barman on, it was clean so not sure who cleans this area) . There is a pool table in the bar area , keep some coins if you want a game, guests have to pay .
