Selten haben wir ein Hotel erlebt, in dem wirklich alles so perfekt aufeinander abgestimmt ist. Von der Anreise über den herzlichen Empfang, die professionelle Zimmerübergabe und den aufmerksamen Zimmerservice bis hin zum Frühstück und Abendessen – jeder einzelne Schritt ist auf höchstem Niveau organisiert.
Der Garten mit dem integrierten Spa- und Wellnessbereich ist einzigartig und schafft eine Atmosphäre, in der man vom ersten Moment an zur Ruhe kommt. Die zentrale Lage rundet das Gesamtpaket perfekt ab.
Das gesamte Team und die Inhaberin sind aussergewöhnlich herzlich und professionell. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir Wiktoria. Ich habe noch nie jemanden erlebt, der Gäste mit so viel Authentizität, Herzlichkeit und echter Leidenschaft betreut. Sie macht ihren Beruf nicht einfach – sie lebt ihn. Solche Mitarbeitenden sind unglaublich selten und machen den Unterschied zwischen einem sehr guten und einem unvergesslichen Aufenthalt.
Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder und können dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

The hotel restaurant, inside and out were fabulous . Our bedroom was very nice with a balcony of the village and surrounding mountains in the distance.
The staff were incredibly professional and friendly. The pool area and facilities are fabulous . The bed was very comfortable and breakfast was very good.
We had three evening meals and all of them along with the service was exceptional.
The staff were incredibly professional.
The Hotel owners were very welcoming along with reception staff.
