Friendly staff, clean room and bathroom, with good location but a bit far from the main old town

Good location close to the train station and the Ankaray line, quiet, excellent Turkish breakfast.
The bathroom items are quite limited. Also not related to the hotel itself but the location indicated on Booking.com when using Map is wrong (it locates the hotel at number 122 while the actual one 135).

The place has a smell cigarette smell. Breakfast has very little options to the point that neither myself or my fiancé ate. The positive point was the spa which was great!
Room very outdated, has a strong cigarette smell.
