This was one of the best vacations we’ve ever had; the hotel staff took exceptional care of us—upgrading our room when an issue arose—and handled everything quickly, with a smile and genuine concern. The hotel is of a very high standard, well-equipped, and clean, and the quiet atmosphere is one of its wonderful features.

-incredibly attentive and caring staff
-great facilities including 2 swimming pools, private beach, on site shop, beach bar
-great food, themed dinners, buffet changes daily, vegetarian options. Puddings were amazing
-very nice room, we got a free room upgrade with our own private pool
-excellent breakfast buffet, omelette station was a highlight. Lots of fruit, yogurts, sweet treats, hot options
-very spacious grounds, peaceful. Plenty of loungers by the sea and pools
-you can snorkel straight from the hotel beach
-There is nothing we would change

Beautiful premises, surrounded by nature and green. Quiet. Great service. Beach is very nice (stones, not sand, and you go to the water through some wood stairs). Room with private pool is very pretty. Real relaxation. Good breakfast.
No towels available at the pool or beach at all. You need to bring your beach towel from your room every time, and you get only one per person. This is not 5 stars standards. The design of the hotel was not to our taste (old furniture in the common grounds). First rooms in the main building are not luxurious enough for the price. Old sun loungers by the pool with no mattress, those need to be changed to fit the level of the hotel.
