The staff was very helpful. Excellent location, near a 6km hiking trail. Views of the river from the restaurant were beautiful.
For the same price, our friends got a sauna. We didn’t. Also, there was no hair dryer or tissues.

1. Paying for full service hotel and being told it was half service at full price. I paid for and expected full service ie room cleaning every day. Otherwise specify your policy on line and give a discount for the days you don’t provide cleaning. Absolutely money-grubbing disgusting behaviour.
2. Allow for self regulation of heating in the rooms… our room was freezing and there was no way to turn the heating on during the night and early morning. Money-grubbing again. Shocking! Luckily I was given a small heater or I might have become quite ill.
3. The lighting in the room was atrocious. Black gloom everywhere. Fire whoever designed it.
4. Also, fire the person who designed the bathroom. The shower screen was so short there was no way to avoid flooding the whole bathroom when having a shower. Also, the placement of the mirror so far back and inaccessible behind the toilet and sink have no consideration for short people with myopia.
