Great location
Bathroom was disgusting, mould around the bath and dust all over the heater. Not good when my wife has asthma!

The staff were excellent and nothing was too much trouble. Car parking was excellent and plenty of it. The mill pond and outside areas although tired were pleasant enough.
The feeling that the hotel generally needed refurbishment - this was obvious when in most areas, however, it was clean and maintained - just tired.

Location.
The whole place was a bit run down - it’s is not easily accessible - lots of short staircases - the shower is over the bath, room had paint missing on walls and very old sanitary ware - light in bathroom did not work. Blue badge spaces were coned off and we had to ask for them to be moved!
