Beautiful, historic hotel in a lovely location overlooking the river. The staff could not have been kinder and nothing was too much trouble eg booking visits and taxis. Great breakfast. Great value for money. Spotlessly clean. Lovely evening meal next door.
Absolutely nothing. Thoroughly recommend. If you want to stay in Saumur, then look no further.

The breakfast was exceptional. Freshly squeezed orange juice, soft scrambled eggs, and toast differentiated it from other hotel breakfasts.
Minor issue but we there was only one set of towels in the bathroom.

The soaring windows and ceilings filled our room with warm sunshine! The service was gracious and accommodating to our requests. The location was ideal for quiet evenings yet easily walkable to fine dining, wine tasting, night-life and historic sites.
