The location is perfect!! Bus stops at door of suites!! No running around trying to find out where transit may be. Can walk to shopping center, food and anything else you want or need. So clean!! Rooms, common areas, grounds kept up. I am a bit embarrassed to come home to my not perfectly clean home!! Lol!! The associates, every single one of them, were courteous, helpful, informative, concerned for our wellbeing, went above for us to enjoy every minute, helped this old lady with apps that we needed to navigate the city. They were so understanding and aware of our needs, since my luggage was lost. The only trivial item that was an issue, was the washer/dryer. It washed my clothes 6 times but couldn't get them dry. I understand this is normal for that type of machine but (you know) Americans are spoiled and don't use this type of washer/dryer combo and like our clothes dry and wrinkle free. A full sized dryer, in a common area would be helpful. Especially is a region that is known for a lot of rain. It could be camouflaged in several places at your beautiful, clean,organized location.

It was as it looked in the photos
It was below street level and a bus stop was right outside so people congregated there all night talking on phones or to each other. Very noisy.
Also we booked because it had washing facilities but the dryer didn’t work and we had to source a laundromat to dry our clothes. We needed more toilet paper as there was only one and a half rolls for 4 people for two nights. The bedroom doors couldn’t stay open on their own and the instructions for the dishwasher and washer/dryer were poor.

the layout of the apartment was beautiful.
the location was fantastic and we commented on it often!
the staff provided us with a larger pot when we asked for it
the staff were very responsive
oven pots had been left dirty and greasy by previous people.
the oven mitts were very dirty
there were no scourers to clean the dishes

The reception staff are lovely. Really helpful and accommodating. Great location
This place is being refurbished. We were not made aware and this was confirmed by the receptionist. We would have stayed somewhere else had we known. The noise in the morning was horrendous. Sounded like they were drilling in our room. The manager was rude, and aggressive and given how she spoke to us, I dread to think how the staff are treated. My advice is you call first before booking here to make sure the renovations are finished. Really poor taking bookings without being upfront and honest. Im not against renovations, but I am against how the manager talked to us and that we weren't informed.
