Nice place and good location but stay ruined by poor customer service on site.

Good location and it was clean.

We were a party of x2 couples, our friends keys didn't work during the stay so they were locked out of their room all night. As the reception isn't manned as there are no staff to help on site this couldn't be resolved. There is a telephone you are advised to use out of office times for assistance. My friends called for help and the call receiver completely lied and said they were on their way to help them get into the room. They didn't come and help - so our friends paid for a nights stay and were locked out of our room. They ended up sharing with us with affected our stay. Poor customer service it really was

Amazing apartments, perfect location.

Amazing apartments in a great location. Bus from the airport picks and drops off right outside. The staff were so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The apartment was just what we wanted, very spacious, a very well equipped kitchen, very clean, beds extremely comfy and it was very quiet on a night time. I will stay here again if we return to Dublin, highly recommended.

El apartamento es precioso y cómodo. La ubicación inmejorable para Conocer Dublín, con todo lo visitante y el centro a 10 minutos caminando por una zona Preciosa y tranquila. Además Justo en la puerta para el bus que trae y lleva al aeropuerto. El personal es muy amable y siempre dispuestos a facilitar información y a agradar al huésped. Sin duda repetiría.

No hay absolutamente nada que pueda calificarse negativamente.

Excellent, l'emplacement est parfait pour viser Dublin et pour ceux qui arrivent en avion, l’arrêt est juste en face. Donc idéal pour déposer les valises. Le lit est super confortable, pas de bruit. La pièce cuisine et salon est spacieuse. SDB avec baignoire. Je recommande vivement

We had a fantastic experience during our stay at PREMIER SUITES PLUS Dublin! The apartment was impeccably clean and well-maintained, instantly making us feel at ease. The location was perfect - close to the city centre yet nestled in a peaceful and quiet neighbourhood, allowing for a restful stay. One of the highlights was the comfort of the beds. They were spacious and incredibly cosy, providing us with a good night's sleep after a day of exploring the city. Overall, we highly recommend PREMIER SUITES PLUS Dublin for anyone looking for a delightful and comfortable stay in the heart of Dublin. We can't wait to return for our next visit!

However, we must bring to your attention one minor concern we encountered. After taking a shower, we noticed that water accumulated on the bathroom floor, making it somewhat challenging to use the facilities comfortably. This issue could be addressed to enhance the overall guest experience. Despite this minor inconvenience, we had a memorable stay at your property. We look forward to considering PREMIER SUITES PLUS Dublin for our future visits.

Central and nice

The perfect location, very well connected by bus with much of the city

It is more of an apartment, so there is no change of sheets or cleaning. We stayed 7 nights and 1 change of bed linen and towels was made in the 7 days

Very clean and spacious. Easy walk to city centre. Straightforward check in & out even though we arrived and left out of reception hours

The location is very close to the center. The apartment was suitable for 4 people. It was a great stay, we booked it on the weekend and the accommodation was quiet. Happy to book again

It was near the park for my grandson and a short walk through the park to the gaiety theatre

The location was great, the apartment was clean and comfortable,reception staff helpful and friendly

Maybe a welcome pack, milk, bread, eggs, butter etc., we have stayed in one or two with these packs.

Comfortable stay in Dublin

Nice area and great location to spend a few days in Dublin. The staff were nice and helpful. The room was spacious, comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. No major complaints overall.

The toilet flush mechanism was very awkward and annoying to use every time. There were some renovation work ongoing when we were there but this was clearly communicated at check-in and aside from a bit of noise here and there it wasn't a big disturbance or problem.

Very lovely layout. The bedroom was a separate room from the living room/kitchen, and everything was very spacious and well set up. Bed was very comfortable, and the place was warm. Would go again, best value for the money.

The hot water never got hot; only warm. Which is a bit of a problem considering when you get in from the cold outside you want nothing more than a hot shower.

There were renovations going on which was not advised at time of booking. Some hammering and other works started at 8am which after an enjoyable evening in Temple Bar was not the best alarm in the morning.

Overall good stay. Location is central.

Clean and quite central location. Airport bus will drop you just right in front of the place, so very convenient.

No reception after 6pm so you need to check your email for instruction
