AC out of order, blind broken, building not well maintained.

Staff was nice and efficient
The bedroom on the ground floor was tumbledown and not super clean. The remote for the TV was full of dust. The other bedroom on the first floor was better quality. Ground floor rooms must worth renovation

no central heating. very cold room. no microwave oven
