Great location, friendly staff, the most comfy bed and delicious coffee. Perfect for an overnight before travelling on to Calais.

The hotel was clean, breakfast was good and staffs are friendly

Our room was very clean. It was cleaned every day with fresh new towels. The breakfast was very good. The front of the hotel was very nice, tastefully decorated. It looked new. The room facilities were basic but clean. If you want a good location and a good breakfast and somewhere to just rest your head this is great! The staff were very nice and very helpful. It was 8 minutes to the centre of Bergerac. 10mins to the airport.

Wrongfully addressed, difficult to find entrance to the hotel.(Not a good start) Had I known it was part of the Campanile group I would have cancelled. Very dangerous hand rail leading to upstairs rooms. Timber handrail was crumbling. Dull and dismal rooms Misinformed about the state of wifi. there wasn't any but it was free.

Hotel being re furnished, our room was Newley decorated also with a new bathroom.

Good variety of breakfast food. Close to town centre. Good wifi connection. The hotel is going to be modernised and work is ongoing.

In my room the bath was damaged and the basin would not empty which meant I had to scoop the water out of the basin into the bath.

The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is very handy for both the city and the airport, only a short journey from each. Several restaurants are nearby within walking distance.

I would point out that, if you have a problem with stairs I would ask for a ground floor room. The access to the upper rooms (we had No. 42) is via a concrete spiral staircase, with a wooden handrail which badly needs replacing.
