Amazing facilities, kind staff, and exceptional breakfast. Bedroom was perfect, it had a lovely balcony with a view.
It's a bit tricky to find the entrance if you're walking from the city centre - instructions needed to avoid entering through the park.

Actual Pool was great
Staff at reception
Main bar and also the Pool bar was not great very small and lack of stocked for volume of people around pool.
We did breakfast one day of our stay it was not great either.
Also access to filtered water was an issue.

Location was fab . A lovely walk into town centre . Also got bus into st Rachael abd stop outside door . Fab hotel . Booking a room overlooking pool the next time .
Maybe the balcony … not much privacy being in ground floor .

Rooms very small and dark. I book a triple room but got 2 small rooms connected. No view
