We had a lovely time in Split, make sure you have the pancakes for breakfast.

Comfortable room. Superb communication and helpfulness by the staff. Nothing is too much trouble. Location.

Exceptional

Nice small hotel in a perfect location at walking distance both from old town and port. Quite and clean. Very good breakfast. Adrijana is very nice and welcoming.

A hotel that lives up to its name

Excellent check-in with friendly helpful staff. Very comfortable room. Excellent value breakfast in a good, separate dining room. Maria the cook was friendly and a great cook! Although there was no tea/coffee making in the room, the dining room was open, so no big issue. Antonio and Andrijana from reception were both very welcoming and helpful, including good recommendations for eating. As you will see from Google Maps, the hotel is walking distance to train/bus/ferry and Diocletian's Palace.

Perfect for short break in Split

Staff made the trip. Antonio is overly enthusiastic and extremely helpful throughout your stay from suggestions of things to do, to helping arrange take away breakfast for early trips. Brilliant, personal service that I havent in a long while. Rooms are as shown, very comfortable beds with toiletries provided. Location is perfect and all the main attractions of old town, the beach and meeting points for trips are walking distance.

Very small hotel, more like a bed and breakfast. No other facilities available like other meals or lounge areas.

Wonderful

Very friendly and helpful staff especially Antonio who made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. He took his time recommending the best places to visit, best restaurants and cake shops in town etc., and he was making us laugh all the time! The guest house is just walking distance to the bus terminus and the ferry terminal; very central location. Bed was very comfy and room very clean. Highly recommend. We will recommend to friends who visit Split :) Antonio & Ramona Jimenez.

Amazing Location

Great location, helpful staff, clean and good breakfast. We felt very welcomed by the staff . The guy from the reception gave us amazing tips about Split. We stayed there for 3 nights and we have no complaints whatsoever. Thank you

5 star service

Antony made this stay. Hands down. We arrived late and exhausted and he went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Our flight was early in the morning before the breakfast at the hotel would be set up. He went and made us a bag of fruit, sandwiches, and juices. He left a note at the desk for us to not forget this bag of food in the fridge. Our cab was waiting right on time in the am. everything was perfect. The room was amazing with everything you need and a cute balcony overlooking the town. Words cannot describe the hospitality that was given from this gentleman. He will go a long way in this business. I am from a 5 star resort and this was something else. He touched our lives when we were stressed and needed sleep. Thank you!!!!

Good location, staff and breakfast - a little noisy at night.

Very helpful, nice staff. The room/bathroom was small but nicely done. We liked our little balcony. Breakfast was great with fresh made to order eggs and crepes. The location is great in that there are 3 great little restaurants right on the same street and it’s close to the palace and shopping.

The only downside is the noise at night. we were there on a Friday night - the noise from the bars and restaurant on our little street went well into the wee hours of the morning.

Exceptional staff from reception to the ladies who looked after us at breakfast.They recommended some great restaurants and trips and will book them for you.The location was excellent if you let them know your going on an early trip they will prepare a breakfast to take with you. They also provided beach towels for us and an umbrella the one day it rained on us

A personal thing is milk for my tea the dining room is available all day for tea and coffee .Sonetimes at reception it was hard to get a staff member especially in the late afternoon when you returned from a trip if you needed something but again that’s just a minor thing.

We were delighted with this hotel. The room was exactly as advertised, and the location couldn't have been better. We were delighted with the breakfast which we could make fresh every morning, and the staff were all amazing, they went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay.

Perfect.

Very clean and comfortable. Antonio and Karla were both extremely helpful giving us recommendations about Split and our onward travels into Bosnia. We felt like old friends very quickly and will stay here again if/when we return to Split.

My friend and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights and had an amazing stay throughout. Not only is this a prime location to everything the city has to offer, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay as pleasant as possible. (Shout out to Marta and Antonio). They accommodated our request to move to a terrace room for the last night which was absolutely perfect for breakfast. The views were amazing from the room, very clean and well air conditioned with a mini fridge and the breakfast was tasty as well as picture perfect. Thank you to all the hard working staff at this hotel and we will be back when we next come to visit Croatia.

Fell in love with Split:)

We never felt that welcomed before:) All the information we got from the team (best bars, restaurants, walks, ice cream!!) made our holiday perfect. It's just a few hundred meters to the city centre, the marina and the beach (sandy and stony). Breakfast included basics like cereal, prosciutto, cheese, fruits ... And you can choose between omelett, scrambled eggs and pancakes (freshly made!). Unfortunately we forgot to try the schnaps 🤪

Comfortable beds, huge room and the friendliest staff.

We stayed in the quadruple room as there were 3 of us and it was huge. The beds were comfortable and everywhere was so clean. What made this hotel though were the staff. Antonio on reception was just amazing, taking time to suggest things to do, places to eat and drink. He was just so helpful and booked our restaurants for us as well as sorting out our return taxi. The ladies at breakfast were so friendly too and made the best pancakes I’ve ever had. If I came back to Split I would definitely book this hotel again due to the staff.
