Hôtel Résidence Les Mas du Grand Vallon

The apartment was great and well equipped; cleanliness and daily cleaning very good. Staff very friendly and helpful. Parking good. The overall facility was beautifully maintained indoors and outdoors. The pool cafe bar was good serving a full range of drinks and light snacks and meals eg. pizzas, paninis and salads.

The pool area is very nice, although somewhat small in terms of numbers of sunbeds/parasols and the actual pool size considering the number of possible guests in the accommodation. We went in the peak summer period when the hotel was full. Furthermore, during our stay there was a large group of families - around 100 guests - all known to each other including many small children and babies who typically spent the entire day at the pool; consequently, it was difficult for us to find sunbeds available as they had been effectively reserved with towels and bags by the families' group.

The location and the size of the apartment

-Wifi was not working and we had big problem working when in the apartment -Not enough towels -We had to wash the glasses and clean the kitchen before checking out otherwise they fine you 100 euros while the glasses when we got there were very dirty. -There was a wedding party that we were not informed and there was loud music and noise till 1.30am -The apartment was on the second floor with no elevator and there was no staff to carry out luggage -On arrival as the receptionist thought that we don't speak or understand French she made a bad comment to her colleague about the number of luggage we had. -Due to the wedding we had to search for over 15 minutes to find a parking space
