Location.
Food on the premises.
Right on the camino trail.
Staff was kind to change from a queen to 2 singles which was very nice.
Could have used more staff to help with serving people food. Ladies worked very hard. Did not affect service.

It is right on the Camino trail. I did not find any available hotels in O Pedruozo and Hotel Amenal was 4 km away on the trail.
The restaurant was not very flexible on the menu variatione eg I could not replace my potato with something else. But the food was good.

Location was convenient to the Camino.
The staff was a bit rude and did not have a service first attitude. The room was extremely hot. A fan was provided, but the ventilation was inadequate. The cleaning staff seemed understaffed. The bathroom could have been cleaner. The glasses provided had been used previously.
