Superb
Good location, close to Herrenhäuser Garten. Free parking right in front of the hotel. The recepcionist was super friendly and helpful.

Could not check-in as the hotel double booked the room
I booked and paid, just there was no room as it was double booked. We were 2 guys at the desk and the hotel guy asked us to choose wether me or the other guest should stay. As the other guest was older, and paid me back the cost of the taxi, I left the hotel (22:00 pm without any alternative)

pure horror
the time point I left
key in a safe. Eveything unclean and poor quality ... nobody there to complain. breakfast poor might be too good, people at the reception only available in the morning, but were not able to write a bill.
