Exceptional view. Appartment its self was also pretty good, clean and had all what you needed. The View of from our appartments had amazing view from balcony. Quite calm at night too. The apartment was also VERY quiet. I’d read other reviews complaining about road noise, but that wasn’t our experience. Unless you plan to spend the entire day indoors, it’s hardly an issue. Between 10:30 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., very few cars pass by, and even those are barely noticeable. What we DID hear in the morning was the gentle sound of lake water lapping against the shore, ducks, and all the other pleasant sounds of the lake.

The hotel lacks a clear identity. It feels like an AI-generated concept, trying to be too many things at once. We initially booked a room in the main building, only to discover that the toilet and shower were shared with several other rooms. While I admit I overlooked this detail, it was hardly obvious during booking and certainly not what I expected from a hotel. Fortunately, we upgraded to an apartment in the separate building, which was genuinely excellent. The problem is the overall concept: a shabby local bar doubling as reception, with annoying, noisy locals constantly stopping by; decent breakfast with a beautiful view; excellent apartments; and cheap hotel rooms with shared bathrooms. It feels like someone mashed together an Airbnb, a budget hotel, a restaurant, and a dive bar without a clear vision. Those rooms could seriously damage the hotel's reputation. Why not combine them into fewer, larger, higher-quality rooms with private bathrooms? Charge more, improve the experience, and avoid uncomfortable situations. If someone books an apartment, they don’t need a traditional hotel experience. Breakfast is a nice addition, but simple key pickup and drop-off is enough. The whole hotel concept feels unnecessary. At our next Airbnb, we never even met the owners. We simply followed clear instructions to collect and return the keys. That was it. And since the hotel itself is questionable, why not simply showcase the amazing apartments without ruining the experience? I don’t want to walk into a shabby bar full of annoying locals just to check in. Employees would benefit too, with fewer things to manage and more time to focus on quality and job satisfaction. Is it an Hotel? A cheap local Bar? A Restaurant? Appartment rental AirBnB/Style? A mess? Do less, but do it better.

Belle vue sur la lac. Cuisine présente avec frigo, plaque de cuisson et lave-linge si besoin. Appartement/chambre bien équipé et spacieux avec climatisation.

Propreté à revoir : sol qui ne semblait pas être nettoyé, salle de bain sale et un peu délabrée, cuisine (frigo et plaque de cuisson) sales également. Linge suspect non plié dans un des placards. Parking restreint séparé de l'hôtel par une route très passante où les gens roulent très vite avec une visibilité faible... Personnel peu avenant, semblant dérangé par notre présence et ne cherchant pas à faire plus d'effort pour se comprenrde mutuellement en anglais. De plus, un restaurant est indiqué dans l'hôtel mais lorsque nous avons voulu y manger on nous a dit que les cuisines étaient fermées alors qu'un couple qui s'est présenté peu de temps après nous a été servi. De ce fait, nous avons dû trouver un autre moyen de se restaurer, du côté de Côme au vu de la localisation isolée de l'hôtel.
