The hotel has an odd layout, with rooms split across several buildings. Our room was in a clearly dated part of the hotel, but was clean, functional and an adequate size. The hotel is next to the pedestrian area of Potiers, so the location is excellent. Poitiers is not a particularly attractive town and the hotel is well positioned to make the best of what it has to offer
The accommodation is split across several buildings and the outer door of our building opened automatically without the need for a key. Of course the room required key access, but it didn’t feel particularly secure that anyone could access the corridors.
The environment was very noisy at night, with sound from nearby bars and both glass and rubbish collections during the night. This isn’t the fault of the hotel, but it isn’t a restful location

Very friendly and helpful staff.
Central location but quiet too.
Comfortable and pleasant room with a little balcony.
Added bonus of a kettle.
Rest of the hotel full of charm.

Bathroom was nice. Staff were lovely. Clean.
Very, very small room with no air conditioning, which made it difficult to sleep in 35 degree heat. The bed was small and uncomfortable.
