The Afrodoti Hotel is a very clean and welcoming family‑run place in an excellent location. The rooms are simple but well equipped and are cleaned daily, with fresh towels, which makes the stay very comfortable. The hosts are truly warm and caring, and the whole team is exceptionally friendly.
The breakfast is good and includes freshly prepared omelettes, which were a lovely touch. It could become even better with a bit more variety — for example decaffeinated coffee or plant‑based milk options.
The only small thing that bothered us a bit was that there were no mosquito screens in the sleeping area, which made it easier for insects to come in. There was a screen in the bathroom, but not in the bedroom.

Afroditi is a lovely family run hotel. It is located right opposite the beach about a 15 min walk from the ferry. It's the perfect base, we hired a car and explored other parts of the island most days. The sea facing rooms on the first floor are the best if you have a choice. The rooms are small but we didn't spend much time in them so it didn't bother us. We had a little balcony with a drying rack which came in handy. There are beach towels, but you need to ask for them. The staff is super friendly. We really enjoyed our stay here.
The breakfast is very basic, adding fresh fruit, tomato and cucumber would be a nice addition instead of the cake and biscuits which nobody seemed to eat much of. Eggs were boiled blue so if you like soft eggs let them know, they happily did it for us.
