Wonderful location with fantastic facilities. We came to walk and had a great guide, who tailored the walks to ability, was knowledgeable and interesting. The food was exceptional, with a mixture of served courses and buffet (salads/ antipasti at the beginning and a vast array of cheeses at the end- in case you are still hungry after the other 5 courses!) The staff in the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. The Silvretta card gives access to all busses and ski lifts and was liberating.
The room was rather warm with no fan or air conditioning. It is an exceptionally hot summer, which is presumably why there is no air-con.

The hotel is conveniently located a few minutes walk from the gondola station. Our room was very spacious and had plenty of storage space. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spotlessly clean. The food in the restaurant was delicious and extremely well presented and all the staff members we met were very friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel bar area was comfortable and a nice area to relax in after skiing! The hotel pool was lovely and the spa area excellent. The ski/boot room was also of a very high standard and ski passes can be bought at the hotel reception. Ski equipment can be hired at Brundl Sports, opposite the hotel. The hotel even has its own ski guide!
