Nuestra habitación era muy espaciosa y tenía muebles señoriales, una cama gigantesca y un baño alicatado con baldosa azul y blanca preciosa, además de aire acondicionado, TV, nevera y una ventana con vitrales desde la que se veía la Clerecía. Estaba a 4 pasos de la Casa de las Conchas y de la Plaza Mayor. Hemos estado muy a gusto.

This accommodation is smack bang in the centre of Salamanca. 3 minutes walk from Plaza major. All tourist sites were all in walking distance and very easy to find. Very friendly place everyone was really helpful. We had a small problem with heating in one room but a phone call they dropped off a small heater that was excellent. nothing was a problem for the staff they were very helpful and went out of there way to assist. very clean place and rooms were made up everyday. highly recommended staying. we had a 3 bed room and a double room with a kitchenette which was very help when traveling with kids.
the heaters were a little noisy at night but we could still sleep. The hot water does take time to come through so be patient, when it does its amazing and super hot.

Shower water leaked onto the floor.
Depends on your neighbours, but you can hear them. Perhaps have a large sign in every room advising to keep the noise down.

Great location if you don't have a vehicle.
Virtual check in. No explanation of how to use the virtual keys, fortunately another guest showed me as they were leaving. The property also advertises undercover parking and street parking at the Hosteria. This is not true, it is a doorway between two bars in a pedestrian precinct. After 6 hung up phone calls, the "help line' eventually told me it was at another hotel 5 minutes walk away for €15 .
Had this been clear in the listing, that is the one I would have booked. As I was leaving I met a French couple on a motorcycle who had experienced similar problems .
In closing the bathroom ceiling lights and extractor fan didn't work and there was broken glass in the unmanned reception area.
