The spa, pool, and location.
bathroom is not as clean and wood starting to fell off, i even got hurt because of it and the exhaust fan is full of dust and also the balcony has a couple of webs and spiders even in cabinets.

The location, the cleanliness, breakfast and the wifi was superb. The shuttle from the train station to the hotel was a huge plus too

Great location, between city centre and forest
No tea/coffee in the room, no outlet near the bed, no menu at breakfast, poor internet
