la vue depuis la chambre et depuis la terrasse de l’hôtel était incroyable, le personnel très gentil et serviable, le déjeuner était top il y avait du choix

la climatisation fonctionnait mais pas très bien. la douche était un peu petite

I liked the breakfast, the pool, the view and the staff

I did not like that the toilet did not flush, the sound of the TV was broken and the bedroom had a weird smell

Friendly, very centrally located place with good breakfast and helpful staff :)

Extremely helpful and friendly staff both at the reception and in other facilities - easy to communicate even despite my lack of knowledge of the Portuguese - as they are willing to communicate via google translate with ease :) Very nice breakfast and great view onto the hills and ocean in the distance. Literally 5 min walk to the port with all its bars and points of departure for diving etc. Good isolation between the rooms. I had booked room in two separate bookings for 2 + 1 day and despite technical issues around it the staff was so kind to go out of their way to avoid me having to check out after a night to check in again into other room, and instead managed to change things so that I stayed in the same room. Pousada is also well located when it comes to getting to the centre and bus station - just next to it there is a bus stop from where one can catch minibuses and buses.

I am not used to the high, Brazilian summer temperatures so for me the cooling system/ ventilation in the room was really insufficient and I was missing the proper air conditioning system. But this comment comes from a person who feels most comfortable with 18-22 degrees, so I assume it won't be problem for many people.

great location. friendly staff

it was great for what I needed. clean place, close to rua das pedras so we walked everywhere, friendly staff, breakfast included.

the pool could’ve been a heated pool and more options at breakfast, but nothing that serious. i would definitely still come back

Rooms are a cell with a bed, but cheap and in good location

The location is not far from the ocean walk in a quite area. Clean and cheap. Nice pool area.

The room is very basic like a cell with a bed and only one cold main light. Totally different from what we expected from the photos. So we were disappointed but decides to stay as we arrived late and did not want to waste time on searching another hotel. Nothing to feel comfy or that carries the vacation mood or spirit of Buzios. Room is dark and can't open windows as it everybody can look inside.

Good option for fair price.

Bed is huge and comfortable, room is big. Stuff is very friendly and professional. Good breakfast with beautiful view.

At night there was the smell of gasoline and noise from the street.

Totally GREAT Pousada in Búzios! 💯

Walk a couple of blocks and you're on Praia dos Ossos where you can walk along Orla Bardot and take your pick among many amazing restaurants. Walking distance to Rua das Pedras, too! The Pousada was PERFECT! 💯💯💯

I wish they had a desk or a long table under the TV where we could place our luggage and things. There's very little storage room, but we asked for a couple of extra chairs and put our luggage on them. Also, we went there in September, so the pool water was really cold. If they could heat the pool water during the off-season, we'd be able to enjoy the pool, too! Totally not a deal breaker, though. 👍👍👍

The room was not like the photos. Did not feel cozy and welcoming.

The bed was comfortable, the property itself was nice, and the breakfast was good (accurate to the photos).

The room that we were given was nothing like the photos on the site. I would not have booked this hotel if I had been given an accurate photo of the room. The photo showed a well-decorated room that was cozy and well lit but our room was very basic (no decor, side lamps) and dark. When we told the staff that we were not happy with the room, they told us that many people complained about the room not being like the photo and there was nothing they could do about it because in actuality they only had one room that looked like the photo. Also, the photos of the pool area were not completely accurate - the lounge furniture was not as comfy as shown in the photos and there were no towels at the pool. Another trick I did not appreciate was the prices of the drinks offered at the property were very high vs. the level of the hotel.
