Clean clean clean deluxe room. 3 towels per person, shampoo and nice smelly soaps, espresso machine , water heater for tea/coffee, 1+1 pillow per person, extra blankets in the drawer, direct instand unlimited hot water in bath, Minibar. Quiet and calm room (noise cancelation). The wifi was ok, AC ok... Also free parking (8 cars space) ,The best part was the staff. Mrs Daniella ( the receptionist ) is the most smily and helpful person I have ever met in Sofia 20 years now. I had issue with my car and she helped as noone ever. She found (Saturday evening) a car technician , who came to parking and fixed the car , and help as translator. The honest part was (sadly for me ) she didn't accept any money tip I tried to give , for her services.
