A magnificent kasbah on the edge of the Sahara. The architecture is beautiful, the complex is spacious en well kept. The pool is incredible but could maybe use some daylight. The staff is extremely helpful, and the meals were top.

Close to Erg Lihoudi. Manager organized 2 4x4s for our group. We canceled desert camp as too hot and windy stayed here for the night instead. Indoor pool iis nice and staff helpful.

Room itself was lovely, huge size, nice furnishings. Brekkie was good too- and staff were very welcoming if a little clueless.
Travelling with a ten month old baby, we chose our hotels based on them having a baby cot and aircon. In Mhamid,baby cots are not readily available so when we booked this hotel we did so specifically because they were one of the few that had cots. We duly requested a cot in advance and the hotel confirmed that they would have one for us. On arrival, it turned out they didn’t.
And so we had a very sleepless night bed sharing with our baby. The air con was effective for sure but at gale levels! Not a great night’s rest for any of us. After some discussion the manager did discount the price of our stay but they really should take ‘baby cots available’ off their website description or better yet, just buy a cot!!
