Nous avons passé un très bon moment à La Dune Blanche. Le camp est agréable et idéalement situé à l’entrée du désert, avec les dunes juste devant : le dépaysement est immédiat.
Salah nous a accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de simplicité. Il était accompagné de ses deux petits garçons, qui ont clairement embelli notre passage ! Très sociables, spontanés et vraiment marrants, ils ont apporté beaucoup de bonne humeur à cette expérience.
En raison de la chaleur très importante, nous n’avons finalement pas pu dormir dans la cabane. Salah s’est immédiatement adapté et nous a proposé d’installer les lits directement à l’extérieur pour passer la nuit à la belle étoile. Et finalement, c’était une très belle expérience, probablement même un meilleur souvenir que si nous avions dormi à l’intérieur !
Se réveiller au calme et prendre son petit-déjeuner face aux dunes est également un très joli moment.
Une expérience simple, authentique et chaleureuse, avec un accueil qui fait toute la différence. Merci à Salah et à ses deux garçons pour ce beau souvenir de notre voyage au Maroc !

Une super expérience même en été ! Malgré des températures très élevé Salah a tout fait pour que nous nous sentions bien et le pari a été réussi !
Nous avons passé de supers moments, des nuits magiques à dormir à la belle étoile pour finir par une excursion dans les dunes en dromadaires.
Salah aime ce qu'il fait et se plie en quatre pour satisfaire ses clients.
Je reviendrai sans hésitation.

We experienced a peaceful night in the middle of nowhere, lucky enough that no one else had booked, so only the wind broke the silence. The dune is just a few steps away. It covers an area of several hundred meters and, unlike other dunes in the vicinity, is treeless.
The food was excellent. The best breakfast in Morocco!
Sala is a friendly guy and laughed at my preconceived notions about the desert (I was surprised that there were so many mountains nearby).
I was expecting a fantastic starry sky without any light pollution, but because of haze, it wasn't any better than what I'm used to seeing in the mountains back home.
Warning: Desert sand is incredibly fine and gets into every nook and cranny (protect your camera and any moving parts / objectives well).
The taxi service and food were four times as expensive as the accommodation itself!
It was the most expensive taxi service we used in Morocco; driving ourselves wasn't an option (the route isn't signposted, and the 4WD track is impossible to find without local knowledge). Hence, we did know this in advance and did not rent a 4WD.
Overall, the price was okay; I wouldn't have chosen anything different.
My only complaint was that this wasn't communicated clearly from the start. Tip: Ask about all prices beforehand to avoid surprises.
