The property is conveniently located towards the end of Elaionas beach. Huge advantage the private parking. There's 4 steps to get into the building and lift access to the floors. This means that if you have a buggy you will have to carry it up those 4 steps and if you are a wheelchair user maybe check in advance if there's any ramp.
Rooms were spacious, very clean, comfortable, with air conditioning. We had a kitchen with basic items for cooking, so we could make our own breakfast or keep some cold drinks in the fridge /freezer. Washing machine was also present and there's a my market (supermarket) in Diakofto (within short drive) if you want to do your shopping, ie for laundry detergent or grocery shopping.
The shower had always hot water and good solid water pressure. Towels and basic soap and shampoo are provided, but we had our own. There is a airer to hang your wet clothes to dry in the balcony, excellent after spending your time by the beach. There's plenty of space to put your luggages, as well as vanity tables in both room to help you do your makeup.
The flat had a big balcony where you can sit and enjoy the sea views. Mr Dimitropoulos, the owner, was friendly and professional.
We would love to come back.

Andreas, l'host ,e una persona squisita che ti assiste per ogni evenienza.
La posizione è perfetta in quanto ti trovi a 10 metri dal mare e dalla terrazza godi di uno splendido panorama.
La pulizia:tutti i giorni l'appartamento veniva pulito.

the location close to the sea.
I believe the hotel needs an overhaul renovation and refurbishment. It has a lot of potential.
There was a problem in the toilet with the WC. The plumber "fixed" it, but it kept on leaking.
