Exactly what we needed for a one night stay

Very comfortable & felt like home

Had to get an extra bed even though we didn’t need it for our small group. Wasn’t an option to do without which meant a heavy up charge. Would have been nice to know

Very difficult to reach from station with luggage.

Would NOT recommend this place.

the staff was nice and the view was really good

It was about half a mile straight up and a very difficult climb. Every time we left for the day we had to go downstairs and ask a staff to come lock our door!! It would not lock for us! Every time they came and locked it they said they’ve been having trouble with it—but never had it fixed the whole 5 days they were there! They didn’t offer to change our room until the day before we left. They were supposed to change the towels every 3 days, but didn’t change them until the day before we left.

Just amazing View

The hotel is located in a village that cannot be reached by car, and there is no transportation to the heart of the village. Going to the hotel by walking is very exhausting and arduous.

Superb

Amazing views! The location is wonderful for hiking and totally accessable by public transport. Staff was so nice.

The pillows are so soft. They weren't comfortable. And they only had instant "coffee".

The worst place i’ve been to. the room is not what i’ve orders. they send me mail saying i deserve a free pickup, but requested 17 sf for it. dirty room, dirty loby. and more…

The room I got overlooked a stunning view of the mountains. location was peaceful. the rooms were tidied everyday. Also good value for money given the late timing of my booking.

the hotel could use a renovation/refurbishing. the walls and ceilings are too thin and the carpets could be refurbished.

Really disappointed- bad memory

Hotel is not Well maintained. It is old and rooms are unconfortables : the bed linen isnt of a good quality and the room is badly sound conditioned. In fact, we could hear every other noises : man walking on the floor uptsair, other customers speaking in their own rooms or just taking their showers. It was a nightmare for someone who wants to rest and have calm. Moreover, the clientele is very noisy and speak very loud. It is not helping... To finish : Breakfast is not good.

I was satisfied with my stay.The staff were helpful. The view from my balcony was breath taking.

The view was breathtaking.

It could have been better if there’s a television.But it didn’t bothers us at all. I was happy already sitting outside looking at the view.

Wonderful location, very hospitable hosts, good breakfast, offers a small kitchen

+ Wonderful location + Perfect hosts, staff was very helpful and accommodating + Wonderful breakfast + Wifi was great + Offers kitchen facility + Free tea, candies (As many as you like) and chocolates (Limited) :P + Amenities were enough and the washroom were clean

The room in my category didn't offer double beds. Room walls were super thin, we couldn't enjoy ourselves just because the people could hear us in the other room. - Thin walls - Small room - Room decoration could have been a lot better. The lamp looked like centuries old made of paper.

Beautiful view

The hotel is clean and tidy. The room had a stunning view. The location was the best thing in this hotel. Staff were friendly and we checked in and out without any issues.

The hotel decoration is really old. It seems that you travel in time to a James Bond movie that was filmed in the 70s.

lovely staff, beautiful views

the staff was lovely and the views were incredible. We enjoyed the outdoor seating.

the rooms are very tiny and very musty. I understand it is an older property, but it’s time for an update! our closet smelled like fish. the balcony gave my daughter slivers. Also it’s a bit of a journey from the train to the hotel with luggage.
