Incredible views from the guest room! Stunningly beautiful panoramic views of the mountains/glaciers/village. Wildly exceeded my expectations. Watch from the balcony as the Jungfraujoch-bound cog-trains pass and return quietly within a stones-throw of the hotel. The room has a calming vintage appeal with the necessary conveniences of a modern hotel plus an electric hot water kettle, coffee and tea, etc. Did I mention the balcony? Wow! I spent most of my first day marveling at the views. The continental breakfast includes fresh eggs for boiling, fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, still-warm loaves of whole grain breads, and various dried fruits and nuts. I initially thought it was a little pricey until I sat down and realized it was quite reasonable for the variety and convenience it offered.
If I have to complain about something, it might be the high sides on the bathtub. I am 76 years old and grossly out of shape; my doctor says I'm obese. So I had some trouble getting in and out of the tub.

I am traveling alone for the first time as a woman, and the staff were very kind. The room was very comfortable and cute. I enjoyed this so much. The view was just spectacular and I got to explore so much in this town! I highly recommend residence brunner. They are amazing.

Beautiful view, easy check in & check out. friendly and helpful staff which could be contacted via WhatsApp. Very walkable, would highly recommend the top floor view.
Elevator was startling. Pets allowed and the walls are thin, so could hear barking.

I like the cleanliness of this property and overall experience in the room which has a wonderful view of the mountains and the bathroom was also clean with a tub.
It's up in the mountain so you either pay 20 CFH to the taxi or walk uphill. The neighborhood is all empty and nobody lives in those houses so at night, it feels very scary because no lights on the roads. We stayed their for 02 nights and they don't have anyone on the reception and nobody we met in three days who represented the hotel. Also, it's a wooden house so when you walk, it makes a lot of noise.
