Adorei a estrutura do hotel. Há equipamento para a prática de diversos esportes, piscina com aula de hidroginástica durante o dia, academia, bar/restaurante disponível para os hóspedes na quase totalidade do dia, café da manhã com variedade, opção de jantar em sistema de buffet, parquinho infantil, bichos, além de funcionários simpáticos e atenciosos. As divisões comuns são amplas, o que permite às crianças bricarem mesmo nos dias de chuva. O ambiente é altamente familiar!
Considerando que o ambiente é super familiar, seria maravilhoso que houvesse um programa de clube kids para as crianças. Uma piscina coberta também seria uma comodidade extra para os dias chuvosos ou de frio.

The outside areas (pool and lake) were amazing
Understaffed. Need to wait 20min in like to ask for a beer.
Rooms are very old and without AC.

The complex has great potential and it is beautiful, however it is still much to do to make it a paradise.
The rooms size are great, but the air- conditioning is very poor.
The bed is too hard.
Meals:
Breakfast is wonderful and a very good spread of options.
No lunch offered and especially on Sunday!!
Dinner it is a buffet style, the menu is very restrictive and uninviting or interesting. Very dissapointed.
